防腐工程呋喃树脂胶成品的试验方法
１．呋喃胶泥抗拉强度测定法
试验采用８字型试模。
按本规程附录三附表３．１、附表３．２所列胶泥的配合比将材料混合，搅拌均匀，然后将胶泥装入８字型试模内捣实，在跳桌上震动２５次并刮平表面，经２４ｈ成型后脱模，在２０～２５℃温度下养护１４天，即可进行抗拉强度测定。取３个试块的平均值为抗拉强度。若其中一个试块的数值超出或降低平均值的１５％时，应取其余两块的平均值为最后结果。
２．呋喃胶泥与耐酸瓷砖粘结强度测定法
试验采用２５～３０ｍｍ厚耐酸瓷砖切成７５ｍｍ×３０ｍｍ试块。
试验用本规程附录三附表３．１、附表３．２所列胶泥的配合比称量混合后搅拌均匀，将两个试块呈十字交叉粘结，粘结用挤浆法，粘结层的胶泥厚度为２～３ｍｍ，刮除挤出的多余胶泥。将试件于室温下养护１４天后测定粘结强度。取３个试件的平均值。若其中一个试件的数值超出或降低平均值的１５％时，应取其余两块的平均值为最后结果。
３．呋喃砂浆抗压强度测定法
按本规程附录三附表３．１、附表３．２所列砂浆的配合比将材料混合搅拌均匀，然后将砂浆装入３０ｍｍ×３０ｍｍ×３０ｍｍ试模内捣实，在跳桌上震动２５次并刮平表面。经２４ｈ成型后脱模，在２０～２５℃温度下养护１４天，即可进行抗压强度测定。取３个试块的平均值为抗压强度，若其中一个试块的数值超出或降低平均值的１５％时，应取其余两块的平均值为最后结果。
注：制成品若需进行快速试验时，试件脱模后可在室温下养护２４ｈ，再于４０℃养护２ｈ，６０℃养护２２ｈ，冷却至室温即可进行测定。其结果略高于常温养护１４天的强度。
